Robyn Radulescu's practice is dedicated exclusively to employment law matters. She has spent over 25 years advising corporations and employees on the best practices for employment relationships. She has counseled and litigated on behalf of a variety of clients on numerous matters, including discrimination and harassment, breach of contract, defamation, and the issuance and defense of temporary restraining orders enforcing restrictive covenants. She has negotiated compensation/benefits during the hiring process and has helped define and execute separation agreements on behalf of both corporations and employees when it is time to design an exit strategy. Ms. Radulescu is a strong proponent of alternative dispute resolution and has done hundreds of mediations at JAMS/AAA and the EEOC/Division of Human Rights with a high level of success. She has been before virtually every EEOC/Division of Human Rights Commission throughout the U.S. and understands the human element of these types of disputes for all involved. Ms. Radulescu has delivered management training on sexual harassment and other employment related issues. She has also managed discovery for complex class action discrimination matters that require a great amount of organization, resourcefulness and patience. Robyn Radulescu handles every matter with dedication and compassion and brings a unique perspective and understanding based on her expertise and experience.
BIOGRAPHY
Ms. Radulescu earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1991 where she was on the International Law Journal. She received her B.A., from Brandeis University in 1988 and graduated Cum Laude. She worked on Wall Street at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated for 10 years and left to start her own practice. She continued to do a significant amount of work for Merrill Lynch/Bank of America as a solo practitioner. She was their primary attorney that handled discrimination complaints all over the country. She covered in-house attorney case loads when they went on leave of absence and managed the firm’s discovery on major class action lawsuits. She has counseled management on all types of matters that arise in the workplace and designed sensitivity training programs, primarily for sexual harassment training. Ms. Radulescu has worked on the Americans with Disabilities Act since its inception and has helped corporations and individuals in understanding their rights and obligations. Ms. Radulescu has even worked as an employment attorney in London, England where she was sent on a secondment for a period of time. Ms. Radulescu has counseled and represented individuals during the hiring process and separation of employment. Having worked on both sides of employment matters provides Ms. Radulescu with a unique perspective. During her free-time, Ms. Radulescu enjoys tennis, skiing and an occasional high tea.
